Which export do I need? (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Shopify)

Stripe

Reports › Payout reconciliation › Download › Itemized. Alternatively Balance › Reports › Balance change from activity (itemized). Both include automatic_payout_id, which links each transaction to its payout.

PayPal

Activity › Statements › Activity report. Choose “Balance affecting”, CSV, and the full period. Keep PayPal's English column names — localized headers aren't read yet.

Square

Reports › Transactions › Export › Transactions CSV for the full breakdown (sales, tax, tips, discounts, fees, Deposit ID). Balance › Transfers › Export also works for net-only figures.

Shopify Payments

Finance › Payouts › Export › All transactions. Older exports without a Payout ID column are grouped by Payout Date.

Your bank

Any bank CSV or Excel export with a date, description and amount. PayoutSplit matches each payout to a deposit of exactly the same amount from 2 days before to 7 days after the payout date.
